Authorities say a pair of Atlantic City residents tried to turn a toll booth into a slot machine, swiping coins from commuters on the Atlantic City Expressway. Port Authority police arrested an Essex County woman after determining she owes over $23,000 in EZ Pass tolls and fees, authorities said. Rutchie M.
