DMX Allegedly Robs New Jersey Man of $3,200 at Gas Station

A New Jersey man is claiming that "Get At Me Dog" rapper DMX and his entourage robbed him while at a Newark gas station early Sunday morning, according to police.

The 21-year-old Jersey resident claims the incident began when he recognized the rapper and they began talking about music. During the convo, a member of DMX's crew allegedly pulled a gun on him, demanding he give up what he had. After he pulled a huge wad of cash out of his pocket, DMX allegedly grabbed it and fled in a fleet of four black Escalades, the victim told cops.

The young man followed the group of cars closely enough to get the license plate number of one of them, which he's handed over to police. DMX was scheduled to be in Newark for a concert at the New Jersey Performing Arts Center that same day.
