      A North Bergen couple has been charged with keeping four hand guns, nearly 25 pounds of marijuana and other components of a drug distribution ring in the same apartment with two children.       Authorities say a pair of Atlantic City residents tried to turn a toll booth into a slot machine, swiping coins from commuters on the Atlantic City Expressway. Angela Freeman-Poles, 54, and Aljah Reaves, 57, were allegedly caught on video approaching a toll basket and "stuffing it with some type of foreign object" to keep coins from making their way into the toll machine, State Police said.       Port Authority police arrested an Essex County woman after determining she owes over $23,000 in EZ Pass tolls and fees, authorities said. Rutchie M. Laxamana, 43, of Belleville, was pulled over at the Holland Tunnel after the signboard at the toll plaza read "Toll Not Paid."       An Ocean County motel owner will serve three years in prison for stealing federal disaster relief funds by falsely claiming he provided refuge to Hurricane Sandy victims in the aftermath of the storm, authorities said.       A woman who allegedly used a knife to hold a bank employee hostage and threatened to kill them during an attempted robbery has been indicted on numerous charges, according to court documents.
